First Click on "Safari Preferences" top left side 
Then Click on "Security Tab"
Click on Web content "Enable JavaScript"
Now to enable flash player make sure flash is already installed on your system if now you may download it from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install it. after the successful installation of flash player make sure its eneble from "Plug-ins"
From "Safari Preferences" click on "Websites"
enable check box and keep it "On" after this just restart your browser.
